UKRANIAN VILLAGE WORKERS COTTAGE
Developed in collaboration with Radius Contracting, this workers' cottage was brought down to the brick exterior and floor joists. We saved the original architectural features that made it so unique - the wood porch, stone fireplace, and original fireplace. By reconfiguring the floor plan, digging out the basement, and opening up the second floor ceilings, we were able to breathe new life into this historic home.
